How our links work

Outbound "View on marketplace" and "Buy" links on ThemeForge route through our redirect service and carry an affiliate referral. If you purchase a theme after clicking one of these links, the marketplace pays us a commission. You pay exactly the same priceas you would without our link — the commission comes out of the marketplace's share, not yours.

Why we disclose this

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires sites with material connections to the products they discuss to disclose those connections clearly. This page — plus the notice on every review — is that disclosure. It is also simply how we want to operate: you should always know how a review site is funded.

What commissions never buy

• Scores and rankings are computed from public marketplace data using our published methodology — commission rates play no part.
• Theme authors cannot pay for placement, better scores or coverage.
• We link to themes we score poorly with the same affiliate mechanics as themes we score highly — the verdict does not follow the money.

Our only revenue source

Affiliate commissions are currently ThemeForge's only revenue. We run no display advertising, no sponsored posts and no paid listings. If that ever changes, this page will change with it — visibly.
